Samsung upcoming mid-range smartphone Samsung Galaxy A8 and Samsung Galaxy A8 Plus are all set to launch next month at CES 2018. Earlier we had some renders leaked with a YouTube Video which showed us the new Samsung Galaxy A8 and A8 Plus. Now we have some new video popped up on YouTube which shows both the devices.
As per YouTube Video, the Samsung Galaxy A8 and A8 Plus come with near bezel-less Infinity display with an aspect ratio 18:9 at the front with Dual selfie camera, earpiece, and sensors above the display and no physical home button below the display.The YouTube Video also confirms that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A5 and A7 are now rebranded to Samsung Galaxy A8 and Samsung Galaxy A8 Plus. Samsung has almost scrapped the Samsung Galaxy A3.
As per the video, the fingerprint scanner is now located on below the rear camera of the smartphone and beside the camera, there is Single LED flash.The selfie camera is having a 16MP primary camera and 8MP secondary camera.The Samsung Galaxy A8 and Samsung Galaxy A8 Plus will be available in both Black and Gold colors.
Now the speakers are located on the sides similar to last year A-series smartphones.It is also having the Samsung made Face Detection feature and there is no Bixby button.
Apart from this we also got some case renders of the Samsung Galaxy A8.As per leaks by Galaxy Club, the Samsung Galaxy A8 is now having a bezel-less display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and has slightly thinner bezels.
As per case renders, the device is having rear-mounted fingerprint scanner which is now located on below the rear camera module.At the bottom of the device, there is 3.5 mm audio jack with USB Type-C port and bottom firing speakers.
Apart from that we also got some rumors claiming that Samsung might announce the new Samsung Galaxy A8 and Samsung Galaxy A8 Plus at CES 2018 which is held on Jan first week as per ET News report.
As per leaks, the Samsung Galaxy A8 and Samsung Galaxy A8 Plus will sport 18:9 FHD+ display. It will be powered by Exynos 7885 coupled with 4GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage. Samsung Galaxy A8 is fueled by 3000 mAh battery whereas 3500 mAh battery on Samsung Galaxy A8 Plus.
