Honor is all set to unveil the two new mid-range smartphones with Honor 8X and Honor 8X Max on Sept 5 in China. Earlier teaser confirmed Honor 8X will have two models and today we have spotted the larger display variant Honor 8X Max on Master Lu Chinese benchmark.
As per the listing, the Honor 8X Max is listed as Honor ARE-AL00 which is the same model as listed on TENAA earlier. As per the benchmarks, the new Honor 8X Max will come with a new V-shaped notch what we saw with Oppo F9 series and will use the same FHD+ display resolution of 1080*2244p.
For the surprise, the Honor 8X Max will be the first smartphone under Honor branding to be powered by Qualcomm chipset none other than SD660 SoC and will be coupled with 4GB RAM. It will come with 16MP+2MP Dual rear cameras and 8MP selfie camera. The Honor 8X Max will be fueled by larger 4900 mAh battery. The device is running on Android 8.1 with EMUI on top.
