The Redmi Turbo 4 Pro is the company’s upcoming smartphone, which has begun teasing its arrival. According to Wang Teng Thomas, the brand’s General Manager, the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset is a powerful chip with efficient power consumption, according to Weibo. In addition, he confirmed that a Redmi phone powered by this chip will be released in the near future.
Thomas responded to a Weibo comment about the launch timeline of the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro with a subtle confirmation. It is possible that the phone will be unveiled in April, as he replied, simply, “can.”.
There were earlier rumors that the Turbo 4 Pro’s launch might be delayed due to the recent Xiaomi SU7 accident, which resulted in three deaths. Based on Thomas’ recent post, the launch appears to be on schedule.
Redmi Turbo 4 Pro is rumored to feature a 6.83-inch OLED LTPS display with 1.5K resolution. With a large 7,550mAh battery and a 90W fast charging capability, the device is likely to run on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. On the back, the device may include an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and an OIS-assisted 50-megapixel primary camera.
An optical in-screen fingerprint scanner, a metal middle frame, and an IP68/69-rated body are also expected. The Poco F7, which was recently certified in India, may be a rebranded or tweaked version of the Turbo 4 Pro.
