In December 2024, Vivo launched the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro in India. A third model, the Vivo X200 Pro Mini, which has been available in China since October 2024, is reportedly also headed to India. The existence of the X200 FE is now revealed by a recent SmartPrix report.
In India, Vivo is reportedly introducing the Vivo X200 FE instead of the X200 Pro Mini, according to the report. The X200 Pro Mini will be a modified model that utilises the upcoming Dimensity 9400e chip instead of the original Dimensity 9400.
What exactly is the Dimensity 9400e? It may be a modified or rebranded version of the current Dimensity 9300+ SoC, according to reports. In the Chinese market, the processor is expected to power the OnePlus Ace 5 Racing Edition and an upcoming Realme phone when it debuts next month.
The X200 FE is anticipated to feature the 6.31-inch LTPO OLED 1.5K 120Hz screen from the X200 Pro Mini. A 50-megapixel primary camera and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera will be used in place of a dual-camera arrangement on the back. It will sport a front-facing 50-megapixel camera for selfies. It will allow 90W rapid charging, according to the report, although its battery capacity is not mentioned.
The Dimensity 9400e-powered Vivo S30 Pro Mini (tentative name), which is anticipated to ship in China in May, may be renamed as the Vivo X200 FE. The Vivo X200 FE is expected to make its debut at the end of June or the beginning of July.
