Nothing has released two phones this year- the Nothing Phone (3a) and (3a) Pro- and is preparing to launch the CMF Phone 2 Pro on April 28th. There’s still the flagship to unveil this year, the Nothing Phone (3). Nothing, CEO Carl Pei confirmed the launch timeline of the phone during the latest AMA (Ask Me Anything) session.
Carl Pei said the Nothing Phone (3) will launch in Q3 2025 in response to a user query. In other words, the Nothing Phone (3) is expected to launch between July and September.
On July 11th, 2023, the Nothing Phone (2) was launched. Nothing Phone (3) could also be unveiled at the same time. A major development is coming from Nothing is known about its next flagship, but we should learn more soon.
Carl Pei also hinted at deeper integration between Essential Space and calendar and other apps in the future, alongside the release timeline of the Phone (3a).
According to Carl Pei, developing a phone from an idea to final production typically takes between 9 and 18 months, depending on how new or different it is.
