In Vietnam, Xiaomi has quietly announced a new Redmi series phone. It features the same specs as last year’s Redmi 13 4G, but its design is more in line with the Redmi Note 14.

The new Redmi 13x will sport a 6.79-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 1600 x 720 pixels resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display also gets Corning Gorilla Glass protection, an oleophobic coating, and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by MediaTek Helio G91 Ultra SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB/256GB  storage.

 

It features a 108MP main rear camera with LED flash, a 2MP macro sensor with an aperture of f/2.2, and a 13MP selfie shooter with an f/2.2 aperture. The device packs a 5030 mAh battery with 33W charging support and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The connectivity options include Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.3, Dual-Band Wi-Fi, USB Type-C port, NFC, FM Radio, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. It runs on Android 14 OS with HyperOS on top. The device measures 8.09 mm thick and weighs 192g.

Redmi 13x 4G with 6 GB+128 GB costs VND 4,290,000 (Rs.14,500/-) and 8 GB+256 GB at VND 4,690,000 (Rs.15,800/-) in Vietnam. It arrives in Blue, Pink, Gold, and Black colors.
