As early as October 2024, Vivo surprised smartphone enthusiasts with the launch of its powerful flagship phone, the Vivo X200 Pro Mini. According to a new Weibo leak, the Vivo S21 Pro may be an affordable aging device.
New leaks indicate that Vivo’s upcoming S-series phones might have two models, the S21 and S21 Pro.
The Vivo S21 has the same 6.67-inch OLED panel with 1.5K resolution as its predecessor. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, which will replace the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, is expected to launch in April or May of this year.
The higher-end model will feature the Dimensity 9300+ chip. The display is expected to be 6.31 inches with an aspect ratio of 1.5K, rather than the same dimension or a larger one. As a result, it wouldn’t be surprising if the company referred to it as the Vivo S21 Pro Mini rather than the Vivo S21 Pro.
Vivo S21 will compete in China with Honor 400 and Oppo Reno 14 series. These devices are expected to be released in May.
