In a Weibo post published earlier this week, Vivo’s product manager revealed the design of the upcoming Vivo X200S. Today, a new Weibo post revealed the phone’s display, chipset, and charging capabilities. The X200S will be a successor to the Vivo X200, which was released in October 2024.

Vivo X200S will feature Dimensity 9400 Plus, a 3.7GHz version of Dimensity 9400. Unlike the X200, the X200S supports bypass charging and wireless charging.

One of the device’s key features is a bypass charging system. During charging, power is supplied directly to the phone, reducing battery wear and heat generation. The phone is expected to support wireless charging as well as wired charging at 90W.

Vivo X200S features a flat BOE Q10 display with uniform bezels. Additionally, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner will improve unlocking speed and accuracy. The X200, on the other hand, has a microquad-curved screen.

There is a rumor that the X200S will have a 6,000mAh battery. According to reports, the Vivo X200S will still have the 50-megapixel IMX921 primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide Samsung JN1 lens, and a 50-megapixel LYT-600 periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom as the camera set-up on the X200.
