Although Vivo has not officially announced the exact date of the X200 Ultra and X200s’ debut, persistent rumors suggest it will occur in April. The fact that Vivo Product Manager Han Boxiao returned with a picture of the S-phone after posting a close-up of the X200 Ultra’s camera setup a few days earlier lends credibility to that.

The Vivo X200s will appear directly next to the Vivo X200 Pro on the right. The S-phone is bigger and should feature a 6.67″ display, similar to the Vivo X200. However, they both share the same diamond camera setup. Han notes, “The two models are simply the traditional sizes of ‘Apple replacement’ pro and plus, but with more power.”

According to the vivo executive, the X200s is the same shade of purple as the small, which is a serene and sophisticated color.

The Vivo X200 Ultra’s availability outside of China is uncertain, and the same is true for the X200s; the X100s and X100s Pro were still only available in China. There are rumors that the X200s will only be available in the vanilla edition this year, rather than the “s Pro” variant.

According to January rumors, the Vivo X200s would include a 6.67″ “1.5K” LTPS OLED and a Dimensity 9400+ chipset, replacing the original 9400. Yet, given that the X100 to X100s was a more significant update, it is most likely not all.
