The Vivo X200 Ultra, X200S, Pad 4 Pro tablet, and Watch5 will be unveiled at a major launch event in April. Vivo’s product manager, Han Boxiao, shared an image of the Vivo X200S ahead of its anticipated launch.
According to Boxiao, the Vivo X200S will feature a flat display, unlike the micro-quad-curved screen found on the current X200. In addition to being charged inside a car, the device will support wireless charging, an upgrade from the X200, which does not. Another key feature is the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, positioned higher on the display.
Vivo X200S:
The new Vivo X200S will sport a 6.67-inch QHD+ LTPS AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800×1260p. It has a 120Hz refresh rate and 4500 nits of peak brightness. The device is powered by the latest Dimensity 9400+ SoC coupled with 16GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB UFS 4.0 storage options.
The new Vivo X200S features a new 50MP main 1/1.28″ Sony IMX921 VCS 3.0 with an aperture of f/1.57, coupled with a 50MP Sony LYT-600 telephoto sensor with f/2.57 aperture that gets 3x optical zoom & 100x digital zoom support. Lastly, there is a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide sensor with f/2.0 aperture, telephoto macro, and LED flash. The device comes with a 32MP selfie shooter. It features Vivo V3+ ISP support.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and 5G (Dual-Mode support), A-GPS, GPS, GLONASS, NAVIC, Dual Band Wi-Fi/Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. The Vivo X200 features an in-display fingerprint scanner and IR Blaster. It is now protected from hot water jets with IP69.
The Vivo X200S has a 6000 mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless fast charge support. It runs on Android 15 OS with Origin OS 5 on top. The device measures 8mm thick and weighs 223g.
