While Qualcomm has yet to announce the name of its successor to the Snapdragon 8 Elite, we’ll refer to it as the Elite 2.

According to a new leak from China, this chipset will score around 3.8 million points on the AnTuTu benchmark. The best-scoring device in AnTuTu’s charts is the iQOO 13, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite. It scores about 2.69 million.

Accordingly, the next-generation chip should deliver a 41% improvement in AnTuTu scores, but it’s not everything. This should give us a decent idea of what to expect, and it looks like Elite 2 will be a good successor to Elite.

Elite 2 will be powered by the second-generation Oryon CPU developed in-house. It will be fabricated using a 3nm process from TSMC, and its CPU will have two Prime cores and six Performance cores. There will also be an Adreno 840 GPU.
