iQOO unveiled the iQOO 13 in October last year, followed by the Neo 10 and Neo 10 Pro in November. Tipster Smart Pikachu has revealed iQOO’s upcoming flagship smartphones. The leak indicates that several notable upgrades will be made to the iQOO 15 and iQOO Neo 11 series by the end of 2025.
iQOO Neo11 Series:
According to the new leak, the Neo11 series will feature a 2K resolution screen with an integrated ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Moreover, the Neo11 series is rumored to come with a 7,000mAh battery, but whether it has a metal frame is unknown.
According to Smart Pikachu, the Neo11 series will continue with flat displays and 100W fast charging, as promised in a leak last month. The upcoming models are expected to launch around the same time as the Neo 10 and Neo 10 Pro, which debuted in November 2024. The standard iQOO Neo11 may feature Snapdragon 8 Elite, while the Neo11 Pro may have Dimensity 9500.
iQOO 15 Series:
iQOO 15 series will feature a 2K display, fingerprint scanner, and AR coating (anti-reflective). According to DCS, the iQOO 15 Pro will have a flat 6.85-inch 2K LTPO OLED panel, likely sourced from Samsung, with LIPO (Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide) technology. Another notable feature of the device is its 7,000mAh battery, the largest among iQOO flagships. Additionally, a periscope telephoto camera is expected to be included. The standard iQOO 15’s display and battery sizes are currently unknown.
The iQOO 15 lineup is expected to include two models: the standard iQOO 15 and the iQOO 15 Pro. Due to cultural beliefs associated with the number 4, some Asian regions might skip the “iQOO 14” name. In October 2025, the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 is expected to debut under the hood of the series.
