Vivo X300 series is likely to include four models

In the first half of 2025, Vivo will introduce the Vivo X200 Ultra and Vivo X200S to the Chinese market. Vivo is also working on the Vivo X Fold 4, which may launch around mid-2025. There is expected to be an X300 lineup launch in the third quarter of this year.

A new leak by well-known tipster Digital Chat Station reveals that Vivo’s flagship series, the X300, may include four models. This suggests that the lineup will include the Vivo X300, X300 Pro Mini, X300 Pro, and X300 Ultra, as well as two lower models and two top models.

Vivo is expected to adopt flat displays for the X300 and X300 Pro Mini, while the X300 Pro and X300 Ultra may feature larger quad-curved screens.

As DCS explained, the reason for offering smaller models with flat displays and larger ones with curved screens is primarily due to hardware constraints. Also, according to the tipster, the 200-megapixel periscope camera with a large sensor is too large to fit into smaller devices, suggesting it will only be available in high-end models.

According to DCS’ previous leak, there will be three models, including Vivo X300, Vivo X300 Pro, and Vivo X300 Ultra. According to the leak, the X300 would not feature a 6.7-inch screen like the X200, but instead a 6.31-inch screen like the X200 Pro Mini.
