Vivo is all set to launch its latest V series smartphone, the Vivo V50, in the Indian market. Following earlier leaks, the smartphone’s first look in a dark red colour was revealed by a tipster, showing a rear camera housing similar to the Vivo S20 launched in China. A new teaser poster has now surfaced, showcasing the rear design and announcing the message “Coming Soon.”

The Vivo V50 will feature advanced AI capabilities, with the same ZEISS camera branding seen in other high-end Vivo devices. Some teasers suggest it will be India’s first smartphone with 3D-Star Technology, and it may sport a quad-curved display, deviating from the flat screen seen in the S20. The phone is expected to be one of the slimmest in its segment, with a substantial 6000mAh battery to support long usage.

Key specifications might include the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, a 50MP selfie camera, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, NFC, and GPS. The Vivo V50 is expected to launch around February 18th, with no immediate plans for the Pro variant, as the teaser only highlights the standard Vivo V50.
