The Galaxy Z Fold7 has been on the radar for quite some time, and the S Pen has recently taken centre stage. In contrast to previous rumours, the latest leak suggests a positive change.
The Samsung stylus used with Galaxy Z Fold6 has been redesigned to be thicker, as reported by leaker PandaFlashPro. According to reports, it features enhanced pen tips that promise a better writing experience.
The new, thicker S Pen for the Galaxy Z Fold7 should provide better ergonomics and smoother input. Although Samsung has not disclosed the exact details about the new pen tips, it appears to be trying to refine its foldable device ecosystem.
According to leaks and rumours, Samsung is finally working on a new hinge mechanism that will slimmer the phone than its predecessor. The phone will measure 4.2 mm thick when unfolded, significantly improving over the Z Fold6’s 5.6 mm thickness.
When you look at Samsung’s large-screen phones from the side, the visual experience suffers. With the new hinge mechanism, the crease, which is currently the most profound and visible among all foldable phones, is expected to improve.
