Samsung’s tablet lineup is changing, with the release of the Galaxy Tab S10 series postponed and the essential Galaxy Tab S10 ignored entirely. The incoming Galaxy Tab S10 FE series may merely continue this trend.

A recent leak from Roland Quandt claims that Samsung is getting ready to release the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE Plus, two Fan Edition tablets. The standard model is believed to include a 10.9-inch screen, while the Plus variation will allegedly come with a more prominent 13.1-inch display.

This is a significant change from Samsung’s customary approach to tablet dimensions. The Tab S10 FE’s 10.9-inch display is the same size as the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and basic Tab S9 from the previous year, which Samsung entirely omitted for the premium Galaxy Tab S10 series.

Meanwhile, the ‘Plus’ type has received a size boost since Samsung’s previous Plus models, such as the Tab S9 FE Plus and Tab S10 Plus, all feature 12.4-inch displays. The Tab S10 FE Plus may feel much more significant in the hand, as indicated by the jump to 13.1 inches. However, Samsung continues to save its largest tablet slot for the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, which is 14.6 inches.

Beyond display sizes, the leak indicates that all variants would be available with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. There is no set date for when these new tablets will be available. However, conjecture claims Samsung might conduct a spring launch event for the highly anticipated Galaxy S25 Edge. If so, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series can share the stage.
