The iQOO 13 launched last year without a pro version, but both standard and pro editions are suspected to be offered in its successor.
According to rumours, iQOO might skip the number 14 and name its next flagship the iQOO 15, as the number 4 is considered unlucky in certain Asian cultures. Furthermore, tipster Smart Pikachu revealed the device’s key specs while referring to it as the iQOO 15 instead of the iQOO 14.
iQOO 15 is rumoured to have a flat OLED panel with a 2K resolution, eye protection, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. It reportedly has a 7,000mAh battery and a periscope telephoto camera. The iQOO 15 is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2, which is set to launch in October.
This leak appears to primarily refer to the iQOO 15 Pro rather than the standard iQOO 15. Tipster Experience More previously revealed that the standard model lacks a periscope camera, while the Pro model does. This assumption is based on that information.
