In September 2024, Honor launched the Honor 200 Lite in India, but since then, the brand has been relatively quiet on the smartphone front in the Indian market. That is, until now. Starting today, Honor has started teasing the arrival of a new device by making its landing page live on Amazon.

Although the page doesn’t explicitly reveal the name of the upcoming device, the teaser images strongly indicate that the company is preparing to unveil the Honor X9c 5G. This new model is expected to be the successor to last year’s Honor X9b 5G and could be launched sometime this month.

Honor X9c:

The new Honor X9c comes with a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED curved display with 120Hz refresh rate support. It comes with HDR10 & 10-bit colour support. The Honor X9c will ship with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options.

The Honor X9c will ship with dual-rear cameras with a 108MP main sensor having an aperture of f/1.9. It is coupled with a 5MP ultra-wide with f/2.0 with LED flash. There is a 16MP selfie shooter on the front. The device comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner support. It runs on Android 14 with MagicOS 8.0 on top.

It packs a massive 6600 mAh battery with 66W fast charging support. The connectivity options include Dual SIM with 4G LTE and 5G support, A-GPS, GLONASS, and GPS. It also comes with Wifi 6, USB Type-C Port,  Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC.
