Compared to last year, Samsung is quite late with its One UI 7.0 update this year. It has been a long time since the first beta update for the Galaxy S24 series was released, but the company has been slow in fixing any bugs found in the latest update. As a result of this delay, there will no longer be a future One UI update available.
Due to the delay in the One UI 7.0 update release, Samsung has been forced to consider skipping One UI 7.1 altogether. Due to this, Samsung may release the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and the Galaxy Z Fold 7 devices with One UI 7.0.1 already installed on their devices. Samsung is likely to release the stable One UI 7.0 update for existing/older Galaxy phones in conjunction with the launch of the Galaxy S25 Edge.
The Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to be released by Samsung in April, as was revealed a few days ago. It is expected that the stable One UI 7.0 update for the Galaxy S24 and other Galaxy phones and tablets will be released in April.
