Samsung has announced the date for its next Galaxy Unpacked event, where it will unveil the Galaxy S25 lineup: Galaxy S25, S25+, S25 Ultra, and possibly the S25 Slim. While leaks have provided details on design, cameras, and hardware, new rumours highlight a key feature.

Key Features and Specifications of the Galaxy S25 Ultra

The Galaxy S25 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which will fuel all Galaxy S25 models globally, as Samsung has decided to forgo multiple processor variants this time. A Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display is also confirmed, offering a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and a peak brightness of 2,600 nits. The display will be flat, further enhancing usability.

The device will come in 12GB and 16GB RAM options. The 12GB RAM model will pair with 256GB of storage, while the 16GB RAM variant will offer 512GB or 1TB, depending on the market. Samsung is expected to use LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.

Charging capabilities include 45W wired and 25W Qi2/PMA wireless options. The phone will measure 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2mm and weigh 219 grams. Its build will likely feature titanium and glass, though this has not been officially confirmed.

With improved low-light video capabilities, thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Elite, the S25 Ultra promises to set a new benchmark for videography in Samsung’s flagship lineup.
