In January, Samsung is expected to unveil not three, but four Galaxy S25 devices, with the Galaxy S25 Slim a recently leaked member of the family.

Today, a new report confirms this information thanks to Samsung’s latest One UI 7 beta, which is expected to be released later than the other three Galaxy S25 devices. The Galaxy S25 Slim’s model number does not appear on the list of US carrier-specific Samsung phones.

As a result, the Slim won’t be part of the first wave of One UI 7 devices running Android 15. There have been rumours saying the Samsung S25 Slim will be available in the second quarter of next year (April-June), which is in line with what One UI 7 reveals.

Specs:

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim will feature a 6.66-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Galaxy S25 Slim will be powered by a new Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. It is coupled with 12GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage.

A triple camera setup includes a 200MP ISOCELL HP5 main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50MP JN5 telephoto sensor, with 3.5x optical zoom, OIS, and a 50MP JN5 Ultra-wide sensor. The device will feature the same 12MP selfie shooter.

The Galaxy S25 Slim will pack a 4,700mAh battery and 45W fast charging. Besides 15W wireless charging, the smartphone has an IP68 rating making it dust and water-resistant.

The Galaxy S25 Slim will launch sometime in Q2 2025.
