Realme has officially confirmed that it will launch the much-anticipated Neo7 smartphone on December 11 in China. This mid-range powerhouse is already generating excitement, even though its global launch date remains unknown. The Neo7 will come with a massive 7000mAh Titan battery, a feature that is extremely rare in smartphones, even in the flagship class.
In developing the Titan battery, Realme has partnered with Ningde New Energy (CATL), which offers a higher energy density and keeps the batteries lighter while maintaining a higher capacity. As a result of this collaboration, the battery’s performance claims are more credible.
It has been rumored that the phone will support 80W SuperVOOC wired charging, allowing for rapid charging of the massive battery. As for the display, the phone should offer sharp visuals both for entertainment and productivity, with a 1.5K resolution.
As per leaker Digital Chat Station, the phone will feature a Dimensity 9300+ processor, which has already demonstrated impressive performance with a running score of 2.4 million points.
According to the company’s previous teaser, the phone will have an IP69 dust and water -resistant rating, something we have only seen on a handful of flagships and performance-oriented phones.
As a mid-range device, the Neo7 will be available for a starting price of around $2499 (INR 29,100).
