OnePlus is expected to release two Ace 5 models for the Chinese market, such as the Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro. As of yet, the company has not revealed the launch date for the Ace 5 series. A Chinese tech blogger shared a screenshot of the Ace 5 series’ reservations in China. The tipster also shared key specs for both smartphones.

According to an online reservation listing on a Chinese retailer’s site, reservations for the OnePlus Ace 5 series must be made by 14:30 on Dec. 26. As a result, it appears that the Ace 5 series will launch on Dec. 26.

Both the OnePlus Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro will have a 6.78-inch flat BOE X2 OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 powering the Ace 5, as well as a 6,415mAh battery with 80W fast charging. Furthermore, the Ace 5 Pro will feature a 6,100mAh battery with 100W charging capability along with the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The phones will have LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.

In both Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro, a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS capability, an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel camera will likely be included. It has been rumoured that the Ace 5 Pro will come with a Sony IMX906 primary camera, which may not be available on the standard model. No information was shared about the front camera of the Ace 5 series by the leaker.

Besides a metal middle frame, the Ace 5 series will have a short-focus fingerprint scanner and an alert slider. Android 15 is expected to be installed on the Ace 5 Duo, just as it was on the OnePlus 13.
