Samsung’s delayed One UI 7 beta is generating lots of speculation. A massive leak about new features and visual changes for One UI 7 has circulated over the past couple of days. Samsung has also published an official Community page for the upcoming software update, suggesting the update is just around the corner. The latest reports suggest that One UI 7 will borrow a feature from Apple Intelligence – Notification Summaries.

According to Chun Bhai on X (formerly Twitter), Galaxy AI now has notification summary features. Samsung calls the feature “AI notification” and it appears on the latest One UI 7 build ending with “XJW.”

The leaker also claims that One UI 7’s notification summaries are only available in Korean. Samsung may be working on such a feature if they are indeed developing a multi-language feature. Additionally, the leaker indicated that the notification summaries may not be available on midrange Galaxy A series devices.

Ice Universe confirmed the One UI 7 build that this leaker is referring to, although this leaker does not have the best track record. As the latter recently pointed out, the XJW build is “meaningless” since it has changed a lot and is full of flexibility and the previous versions can be discarded.” The beta for One UI 7 has been delayed and is expected to arrive in mid-November, according to them.

One UI 7 will feature separate dropdowns for notifications and quick settings. On the right would be quick settings and on the left would be notifications. This UI change could be a result of Samsung’s plans to implement AI-based notification summaries.
