Oppo has announced that their upcoming launch event is scheduled for November 25 in China, where they will unveil the Reno 13 series, following the Reno 12 series that was introduced in May. Additionally, the Reno 13 Pro model has appeared on the Geekbench database, disclosing details about its processor and other specifications.
At Oppo’s forthcoming launch event, in addition to the Reno 13 series, attendees can expect to see the debut of several products including the Pad 3 tablet and the Enco R3 Pro TWS. Although the aesthetic details, colour variants, and specs of the Pad 3 have been disclosed, specifics regarding the Reno 13 series remain under wraps.
Despite the lack of detailed information, the Reno13 series can already be pre-ordered blindly via various online platforms in China. There are whispers that the Honor 300 series and the Vivo S20 lineup, slated for release in China before month’s end, are poised to rival the Reno 13 series.
A new Oppo smartphone, identified by the model number PKK110, has surfaced on the Geekbench database, suggesting it could be the Chinese version of the Reno 13 Pro, while the global variant carries the model number CPH2697.
Speculation has been rife about the Reno 13 Pro potentially being the inaugural device to incorporate the forthcoming Dimensity 8350 chipset. However, the CPU and GPU specifications listed on Geekbench point towards the possibility of the Dimensity 8300 being used instead.
This leads to speculation that the phone might either utilize the Dimensity 8300 or the Dimensity 8350, which could share similar specs but include some exclusive upgrades.
