Following the release of the OnePlus 13 in China last month, OnePlus is now rumoured to be gearing up for the launch of the Ace 5 series before the year’s end, though the precise date remains undisclosed. Additionally, there are whispers on Weibo that OnePlus could soon introduce a new flagship model with a smaller screen. The Ace series represents OnePlus’ high-end offerings just beneath its main flagship line.

According to DigitalChatStation’s Weibo post, OnePlus is potentially planning to unveil its smaller-screen flagship, which might join the Ace series, sometime between April and June 2025. However, this timeline is subject to change.

It remains uncertain if this new small-screen flagship will join the upcoming Ace 5 series or debut as a standalone model. While the launch timeline has been hinted at, specifics about the device’s hardware are yet to be disclosed by DCS.

It’s intended to rival the Vivo X200 Pro Mini and the speculated OPPO Find X8 Mini in China. There’s no information available yet regarding its global release. Typically, OnePlus Ace-series devices feature larger 6.78-inch displays, suggesting this might introduce a new category within the series for smaller screens.
