In early 2024, iQOO introduced the iQOO Z9x, Z9, and Z9 Turbo in China, with the Turbo variant featuring a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor and a 6,000mAh battery. Later in September, they launched the Z9 Turbo+ with an upgraded Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset and an enhanced 6,400mAh battery. Recent news suggests that iQOO might soon launch another variant of the Z9 Turbo.
An upcoming Vivo model, V2352GA, has received 3C certification in China. Given that it shares a model number similar to the already released V2352A (iQOO Z9 Turbo), it’s reasonable to infer that this new model might be a derivative of the Z9 Turbo.
This new device includes an 80W charger, suggesting its imminent launch in China this month. On another note, iQOO is set to unveil the Neo 10 and Neo 10 Pro later this November in China. The anticipated chipsets are the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for the Neo 10 and the Dimensity 9400 for the Pro version. The rumoured V2352GA will likely carry the same Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor found in the existing Z9 Turbo.
A Chinese leaker hinted on Weibo that the Vivo V235GA might be dubbed the iQOO Z9 Turbo Long-Life Edition, suggesting it will feature a robust 6,400mAh battery similar to that in the Z9 Turbo+ model while maintaining the same specifications as the standard Z9 Turbo.
