One UI 7 won’t be officially released until next year, but Samsung is reportedly preparing to launch a beta program in November.
One UI 7 beta was supposed to launch as early as July but was heavily delayed. Samsung confirmed in October that a beta program would be launched “by the end of this year” without revealing further details. One source now provides some further insight.
According to Ice Universe, the One UI 7 beta program with Android 15 is “another half month away”, which likely translates to mid-November.
This timing is also supported by Samsung’s other developer conference in Korea, which begins on November 21. It would be fitting if Samsung revealed the full update at the same event in Korea as they did at SDC last month, but only time will tell.
Samsung’s website has beta pages for the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S24, suggesting both series will be supported soon. The Galaxy S24 series is likely to be the first Galaxy foldable to be supported in Samsung’s beta program.
According to leaks, Samsung’s One UI 7 update will bring major redesigns and more, but few new features.
