Originally set to end on September 30, the promotion has now been extended to December 31, 2024, but this extension applies only to a select group of devices.   • Galaxy S21+ (Model: SM-G996B)
  • Galaxy S21 Ultra (Model: SM-G998B)
  • Galaxy S21 FE 5G (Models: SM-G990B/E)
  • Galaxy S22 Ultra (Model: SM-S908E)
Eligibility for the free replacement includes:
  • The phone must be free from physical or water damage.
  • The phone must still be with its original owner.
  • The original purchase invoice must be presented.
  • The phone must not be older than three years from the date of purchase.
Owners of these models can get their screens replaced at any Samsung service centre, regardless of whether their warranty has expired.
Users of Samsung’s Galaxy S21, S21 FE, and S22 models have reported the unexpected appearance of a green line on their device screens, often after receiving a software update, though no definitive link has been established.
