Xiaomi has already introduced the 15 and 15 Pro models in China, with the highly anticipated 15 Ultra model slated for a launch in early 2025, much like the 14 Ultra which was unveiled in February. Recently, an image purportedly revealing the camera setup of the forthcoming Xiaomi 15 Ultra was posted by a source on Weibo.

The latest image, assuming it’s genuine, reveals an intriguing layout within the phone’s circular camera bump. This design allows a clear view of the camera setup inside, corroborating earlier leaks about the camera positioning.
Notably, the periscope telephoto lens has shifted to occupy the top row independently. Rumours suggest this lens will feature a hefty 200 MP sensor offering about 4.3x optical zoom. The phone is also expected to include:
  • A primary camera
  • An ultrawide lens
  • A 50 MP camera for either 2x or 3x zoom
  • A 32 MP front-facing camera for selfies
Under the hood, the device will reportedly run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Energy-wise, it’s poised to house a 6,000 mAh battery, with fast charging capabilities of 90W wired and 80W wireless.
