The Redmi A3 Pro is now a thing. It kind of popped out of nowhere and appeared on a Kenyan online store. It’s a pretty weird listing, to be honest, complete with kind of janky, “homemade” product photos instead of official pictures. Still, the listing seems to check out and has a set of basic specs.
Specs:
The new Redmi A3 Pro will sport a 6.88-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with 90Hz. Redmi A3 Pro is powered by MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra SoC coupled with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB eMMC 5.1 storage. It also gets a microSD card slot.
It features a 50MP main rear camera with LED flash along with a 2MP depth sensor with an aperture of f/2.2. The device comes with a 5MP selfie shooter with an f/2.2 aperture. It packs a 5160 mAh battery with 10W charging support.
The connectivity options include Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, Wifi, USB Type-C port, FM Radio, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. It runs on Android 14 without any custom skin on top. The device also gets a side-mounted fingerprint scanner this time.
Listed for KSh13,999, which is around Rs.9,300/-, the Redmi A3 Pro appears to be extremely affordable.
