One UI 7.0 was not unveiled at the Samsung Developer Conference (SDC) 2024 earlier this month. The company said it would open the One UI 7.0 Beta Program by the end of the year instead. According to current reports, it may offer a beta program at the South Korean SDC in November 2024.

Samsung will hold its Samsung Developer Conference 2024 in South Korea on November 21. From today (October 29), people can apply to attend the conference on Samsung’s website. Samsung Electronics President and Chief Technology Officer, Jeon Kyung-hoon, will give the welcome speech at the event. The presentation will cover Samsung’s work in communication, data processing, Generative AI, IoT, healthcare, and software platforms (One UI and Tizen).

Jeong Jae-yeon, Vice President of Samsung Electronics’ Device Platform Center, will also speak on stage about improving software and device platforms. During this portion of the event, Samsung may showcase One UI 7.0’s design and features. Additionally, Samsung may open the One UI 7.0 Beta Program after this conference. At this point, nothing is confirmed, but we will learn more as the event draws closer.

During Samsung’s event, 29 sessions will be held on various topics, such as the development of Generative AI for use on-device (Galaxy AI), the future of healthcare (Samsung Health), SmartThings, and Matter integration with SmartThings.
