The POCO X7 series has already been introduced to you. Initially, it was expected that the POCO X7 would be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G. In many ways, the POCO X7 will be similar to the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G, but it will have some camera changes.
The brand has changed the camera sensor on the POCO X7 to make it cheaper. As compared to the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G, the POCO X7 has a 50MP Sony IMX882 camera sensor. We have some information about Xiaomi’s new smartphones, despite not knowing when the POCO X7 will be unveiled. The POCO X7 will be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G. “Malachite” will be the code name for both smartphones. In addition, the POCO X7 will be equipped with a Dimensity 7300 Ultra processor.
The POCO X7 will also come with a 50MP main camera. POCO products are usually performance-oriented and aim to keep the price as low as possible. Identical to the Chinese version of the Redmi Note 14 Pro, the smartphone will feature a Sony IMX882 camera sensor.
POCO X7:
The new POCO X7 will sport a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will have a peak brightness of 3000 nits and supports 10-bit colours, Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HDR10+. The device comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on top & in-display fingerprint scanner.
POCO X7 comes with the latest Dimensity 7300 Ultra processor coupled with 8GB/12GB/16GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB storage space.
The POCO X7 will feature a new 50MP Sony IMX882 (f/1.5) with OIS support. The remaining two sensors are the same with 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro sensors.
POCO X7 will ship with a 20MP selfie shooter. It also features IR Blaster support & IP69 rated on both devices.
The connectivity options include dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, a USB-C port, a linear motor, and dual stereo speakers. The POCO X7 packs a 5500mAh battery with 45W fast charge support respectively. It still runs on Android 14 OS with HyperOS on top.
