Introducing the POCO F7 Pro, the company’s most ambitious flagship model yet. With the F7 Pro, POCO raises the bar even higher for devices in the mid-high segment. This will be a rebranded version of the Redmi K80. There will be a code name called “Zorn”.
POCO F7 Pro
The POCO F7 Pro 5G sports the new 12-bit TCL OLED 6.67 inches 2K display with 120Hz refresh rates. It also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on top and HDR 10+ support. The display has a massive 4000 nits of peak brightness. POCO F7 Pro is powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC coupled with 12GB/16GB RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB storage version.
The new POCO F7 Pro will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner along with an IR blaster. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE, 5G, Wifi 6e, Dual Frequency GPS, GLONASS, NFC, FM Radio, USB Type-C port, & Bluetooth 5.4 support. The POCO F6 Pro also features a 1217 Linear Speaker along with Smart PA & Dolby Atmos support.
The POCO F7 Pro 5G packs a 6000 mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. The new POCO F7 Pro runs on Android 15 with HyperOS 2 on top.
POCO F7 Ultra/Redmi K80 Pro:
According to XiaomiTime, Redmi K80 Pro’s camera features will be quite ambitious. It is expected that the POCO F7 Ultra will be similar to the Redmi K80 Pro. In the global market, Redmi K80 Pro will be introduced as POCO F7 Ultra. POCO may, however, make some changes to the camera hardware of the POCO F7 Ultra.
The Redmi K80 Pro has a triple camera system, each with a different sensor. As the main camera, the Omnivision Light Hunter 8000 sensor is 50MP.
It is equipped with a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN5 telephoto sensor. This sensor has a 3x optical zoom, so objects at a distance can be captured. There is also a third camera with a 32MP Samsung ISOCELL KD1 ultra-wide angle lens. There is a 20MP Omnivision OV20B40 sensor at the front of the phone.
