Weibo, a Chinese social media platform, may have leaked the price of the iQOO 13, the company’s upcoming flagship phone.
As the company prepares to launch on October 30th, it has strategically revealed its features but has kept pricing a secret.
Weibo tech tipster Digital Chat Station may have split the beans on the price, however. According to the tipster, the smartphone will cost 3,999 yuan (Rs.47,200/-).
Interestingly, the now-edited post mentioned the price as “confirmed,” which makes it seem reliable. This price, however, does not specify whether it applies to the iQOO 13.
As mentioned in Digital Chat Station’s post, a “sub-series” phone would see minimal price inflation when compared to its predecessor. According to this cryptic hint, the leaked price may indeed be applicable to the iQOO 13, since the launch price of the iQOO 12 is 3,999 yuan.
iQOO 13 may be one of the few flagships without a price hike this year if that’s the case. Vivo recently launched its X200 series flagships with a price hike, while Xiaomi confirmed a price hike for its upcoming Xiaomi 15 series.
