The next iQOO flagship – iQOO 13 – has been the subject of several leaks and rumors already. Now that we are nearing the launch date, the company has also stepped up and taken action. An executive previously revealed that the phone uses the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 alongside a self-developed Supercomputing Chip Q2. iQOO 13 is shown in the latest teaser image with flat sides and a tiny cutout for the selfie camera.

The iQOO 12 has a larger camera cutout on the front and a slightly thicker chin. However, iQOO finally seems to offer a completely symmetrical bezel. A company executive confirms previous rumours that the phone will have a 2K OLED display protected by metal.

In China, iQOO will launch the device on December 9 with OriginOS 5. The device follows the October 14 launch of the vivo X200 series.

A global version of iQOO 13 has already been spotted on the IMEI database, suggesting a release in Q4 2024 or early Q1 2025.

According to reports, the phone features a massive 6100mAh battery that supports 100W PPS and PD charging. It measures only 8.1mm (same as the iQOO 12) despite having a large capacity.
