Back in July, HMD launched the HMD Skyline, a new chapter in its smartphone history. Here are some leaked renders for the upcoming HMD Sage, which continues the Lumia design theme.
With a rounded glass back and a polycarbonate frame that wraps around it, the HMD Sage looks quite similar to Skyline. In the middle of the rectangular camera island are HMD branding and a pair of cameras.

The new HMD Sage sports 6.55 inches FHD+ R-OLED punch-hole 90Hz refresh rate display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The HMD Sage comes with Unisoc T760 SoC is coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage. According to Unisoc, the chipset will achieve an average Antutu score of 5,10,000, similar to MediaTek Dimensity 6080 and Snapdragon 4+ Gen 2.
The HMD Sage features a dual camera with a 50MP main sensor coupled with a 50MP ultra-wide sensor. It features a massive 50MP selfie camera.
The connectivity option includes a USB Type-C port, Wifi, Dual SIM with 5G, 4G LTE, VoLTE support, a 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth 5.0, A-GPS, NFC, and GLONASS. HMD Sage packs a 5000 mAh battery with 33W charge support. In addition to Android 14, the phone comes with a 2-year security patch guarantee, but no mention of OS updates. Further, the device is also splash-proof thanks to IP52 certification.
