Just a few hours ago, a leak showed all the colours of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A16 in both 4G and 5G variants. And now, a new leak shows what these phones will cost.

The Galaxy A16 4G will cost €209.90, while the Galaxy A16 5G will cost €239.90. They are both offered with 128GB of storage, but the database does not include RAM information.

The pricing suggests that these are the base models, which would be paired with 4GB of RAM, which has previously been rumoured for the A16 series. In 2024, you’ll need at least 6GB of RAM for an Android device, though that may cost you much more than the amounts above. Adding 256GB of storage to the 8GB version would cost even more, but how much is unclear.

The prices in this leak will not translate well into other currencies, as is usual with price leaks. In the EU, there are multiple VAT levels, which could slightly affect the pricing.

It will be powered by either the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC (in India and Thailand) or the Samsung Exynos 1330 (everywhere else, it seems). The phone features a 6.7-inch 1080×2340 LCD touchscreen with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and a peak brightness of 800 nits, a 5,000 mAh battery, and an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.
