The vivo X200 series will arrive in early October, according to recent reports. As it turns out, that rumour was partially true. Due to the delay, the vivo X200 series will be announced in mid-October instead of early October.

On October 14, vivo will launch the X200 series at an event in Beijing, China, according to a statement. Vivo did not mention how many smartphones it will unveil on October 14, but we expect at least two – X200 and X200 Pro – since the brand’s email refers to the “X200 series” without providing further details.

The vivo X200 series debuts a month earlier than the X100 lineup. We expect the X200 series’ international debut in December, keeping in mind that the X100 and X100 Pro began their global rollout in India in early January.

Vivo X200:

Vivo X200 is expected to include the Dimensity 9400 chipset and have an 8.x mm thin profile. There will be a 6.3-inch flat OLED display with a 1.5K resolution on the X200.

The device will feature a 50-megapixel main sensor and a periscope lens with macro capability on the back. There will be a 3x optical zoom and a 70mm focal length on the latter. A previous leak claimed the primary sensor would be a 22-nm Sony camera.

It is expected that the X200 will have a substantial battery, ranging in size from 5,500mAh to 5,600mAh. The device will also support wireless charging in addition to wired charging. Previously, the tipster claimed that the device would have an optical in-screen fingerprint sensor. Last but not least, Android 15 and OriginOS UI will be preloaded.
