Today, the Galaxy S25 ‘vanilla’ has been treated to the same CAD-based renders as the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

The Galaxy S25 will feature a 6.17-inch display, but it will probably be rounded up to 6.2 inches and marketed as such. In the same way as the Galaxy S24.

All dimensions of the upcoming phone are predicted to be slightly smaller than those of its predecessor. The device will measure 146.9 x 70.4 x 7.2 mm instead of 147 x 70.6 x 7.6 mm.

The S25 will have a similar design to the S24, but it will have smaller bezels (if these renders are accurate) and rings for the cameras on the back. At least until Apple decides to introduce a new style for the frame and every Android manufacturer follows suit.

According to conflicting reports, the Galaxy S25 will either be powered by the Exynos 2500 chipset or by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. Storage options will start at 128GB, just like last year, with the SoC paired with 12GB of RAM. It is also likely that the battery capacity will remain the same at 4,000mAh.

According to the source of these renders, the Galaxy S25 family will be officially unveiled on January 13.
