On Oct. 17, Oppo Developer Conference 2024 will be held in China. During the event, the company will reveal its next-generation ColorOS 15 user interface. After the company confirmed the event, tipster Digital Chat Station speculated on the launch date of the Find X8 series on Weibo.
Several AI-driven enhancements are expected to be included in ColorOS 15. The new software upgrade will be detailed in a dedicated post. There is a good chance that the Find X8 series could be the first phones to come preloaded with ColorOS 15-based Android 15.
OPPO Find X8 launch:
According to DCS, Oppo may unveil the Find X8 series on Oct. 21. The Dimensity 9400 chipset will be featured in the upcoming Find X8, Find X8 Pro, and Find X8 Pro Satellite Communication Version.
DCS also confirmed that the Dimensity 9400 chip will be announced on October 9. On Oct. 14, Vivo will launch the X200 and X200 Pro, the world’s first phones with the new chip. By the end of October, the OnePlus 13 is expected to be announced with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip.
Multiple products are expected to debut at the Oct. 21 Find X8 series launch event. In addition to the Find X8 trio, DCS has leaked the Oppo Pad 3 Pro tablet, Enco X3 TWS earbuds, new colour variant of the Oppo Watch X, and magnetic ecosystem accessories. By the end of this year, the Pad 3 Pro is likely to receive the ColorOS 15 upgrade.
