iQOO is currently working on its next performance-oriented flagship, the iQOO 13. Tipster Digital Chat Station (DCS) has revealed details about its camera setup in a new leak.

While DCS does not reveal the phone’s name in the leak, these specs likely belong to the iQOO 13. According to the tipster, the phone will have a 50MP Sony IMX921 sensor. The iQOO 12’s Omnivision OV50H sensor will be replaced by this one.

As with its predecessor, the ultrawide sensor will be a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1. iQOO will replace its 64MP 3x OmniVision sensor with a 50MP Sony IMX826 offering 2x optical zoom.

As for the selfie camera, however, the tipster did not share any details. On the front, rumour has it that a 16MP sensor will be mounted. Furthermore, the tipster mentions that the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, internally referred to as the “SM8750.”

According to a previous report, the phone will feature a 6.7-inch 2K AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz, possibly manufactured by BOE.

There will be up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. It is paired with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip. The iQOO 13 will run OriginOS 15 based on Android 15 on the software front.
