Realme today confirmed the launch date of its upcoming Narzo 70 Turbo smartphone in India, after releasing teasers last week. On September 9th at noon IST, the device will be unveiled.

Realme also confirmed that the Narzo 70 Turbo will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy 5G chipset. With an AnTuTu score of 750,000, this chipset is claimed to be the fastest in its segment.

The design of the Narzo 70 Turbo conveys Realme’s desire to market it as a performance-oriented device. With a prominent yellow vertical stripe running down the centre of the rear panel, the device has a motorsport-inspired look. Squarish and slightly raised, the camera module sits within this stripe.

Except for a slightly thicker chin, the phone’s front has a flat display and minimal bezels. A centred punch-hole cutout at the top likely houses the front-facing camera.

On the right side, you’ll find the power button and volume rocker; on the top, you’ll find the speaker grille and 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Narzo 70 Turbo 5G will be available in four memory configurations: 6/128GB, 8/128GB, 8/256GB, and 12/256GB.

The phone is expected to have a 50-megapixel main camera with Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) on the back and an 8-megapixel front camera. There are three colour options available for the handset: purple, yellow, and green.

Before the September 9th launch, Realme is expected to reveal more details about the phone.
