The TENAA certification platform in China has approved Redmi phone with model number 2411DRN47C. The IMEI database showed the moniker “Redmi 14C 5G” for the same device in June. According to TENAA, the Redmi 14C 5G will also be identical to the 14R, which recently debuted in China.

Specs:

The new Redmi 14C 5G will sport a 6.88-inch HD+ IPS LCD with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels, & a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display also gets Corning Gorilla Glass protection and an oleophobic coating & 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC coupled with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB  storage.

It features a 13MP main rear camera along with a 2MP depth sensor and LED flash. The device comes with an 8MP selfie shooter with an f/2.2 aperture. It packs a 5160 mAh battery with 18W charging support. The device comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The connectivity options include Dual SIM with Dual 5G, 4G LTE and VoLTE, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.3, Dual-Band Wi-Fi, USB Type-C port, NFC, FM Radio, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. It runs on Android 14 OS with HyperOS on top. There is also an IR blaster, a fingerprint sensor, and a microSD card slot on the Redmi 14C 5G.

The HyperOS source code for the upcoming Poco M7 5G showed model number 24108PCE2I (Indian variant). In India, the Poco M6 5G was a rebranded version of the Redmi 13C 5G and 13R 5G. The Poco M7’s model number, 24108PCE2I, appears alongside the Redmi 14C 5G’s model number, 2411DRN47I, in the Indian BIS certification database.

Therefore, the Poco M7 could very well be a repackaged version of the Redmi 14R/14C.
