According to recent leaks, the Vivo X200 Mini could join the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro. According to Digital Chat Station, an upcoming phone running the Dimensity 9400 will have a good camera. The Vivo X200 Pro may be what he’s talking about.
DCS’ Weibo post above suggests that the Vivo X200 Pro’s camera system will be enhanced significantly. It will feature Sony’s new 50-megapixel sensor, manufactured using 22nm technology.
Sony’s IMX989 was produced on a 40nm node and was used in the Vivo X100 Pro. Despite its slightly smaller size at 1/1.28 inches, the new CMOS sensor will allow more light to enter, enhancing the overall image quality.
As with the Vivo X100 Ultra, the Vivo X200 Pro is also expected to feature a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens on its rear camera. There will be a large 1/1.4-inch sensor with an aperture of f/2.67 on this lens.
Despite not being mentioned in the leak, it appears that the camera setup will also feature a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens. Furthermore, the phone will reportedly be equipped with self-developed imaging chips to enhance both software and hardware.
