A few days after the 13 Pro and 13 Pro+ were unveiled, the Realme 13 was certified by TENAA. They seem to be planning a standard version now. On the Chinese telecom Authority TENAA, RMX3952 was spotted, which appears to be the standard Realme 13. Following this, the listing reveals the device’s key specifications and design.

There will be a more affordable version with a less powerful chipset and less AI.

Realme 13 5G:

Realme 13 5G will arrive with a 6.72-inch FHD+ (2400×1080p) IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

We believe it could inherit the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 from the Realme 12 Pro since it is only listed with an octa-core CPU of 2.2 GHz. It is coupled with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB storage space.

The device will feature tripe-rear cameras with a 50MP main sensor coupled with a 2MP macro sensor with LED flash. There is a 16MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole notch. The Realme 13 5G comes with a 5000 mAh battery with 45W fast charge support.

The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, Dual Frequency (L1 + L5) GPS, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port, FM Radio and Bluetooth 5.2. The device also comes with stereo speakers.

Realme 13 5G also features Dynamic button support. It appears that this button can be programmed to perform a variety of quick actions. In the teaser image, the user is shown controlling camera shutters, flashlights, silent modes, aeroplane modes, and do-not-disturb settings.

Realme 13 5G runs on Android 14 OS with Realme 5.0 on top. The device measures 7.79mm thick and weighs 190g.

Realme 13 offers a similar design and nearly identical specifications to Realme 12. We only noticed a change in the camera department. As for the Hyperimage+ technology for AI, the chip might not be powerful enough for the power-hungry processes and algorithms; the branding is not present on the back.
