Recently, Realme announced that it will soon launch the Realme 13 series of smartphones in India. The Realme 13 5G may be one of the phones hitting the Indian market this month. Geekbench has revealed the chipset, RAM, and Android version of the alleged Realme 13 5G ahead of its expected launch.

Chinese certification platform TENAA spotted a Realme phone with the RMX3952 at the beginning of this month. Most likely, it will debut in China as the Realme 13 5G. However, the TENAA listing only identified the device’s 2.2GHz octa-core processor without naming it.

Realme’s RMX3951 chipset is now listed on Geekbench. This is the global version of the Realme 13 5G. The listing indicates that it is powered by a MediaTek chip with model number MT6835. According to the listing’s source code, the chip includes the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. This confirms that the Realme 13 5G will be another phone powered by the Dimensity 6300.

Geekbench further reveals the device has 8 GB of RAM and Android 14. In the single-core and multi-core tests, the device scored 784 and 1760 points, respectively.

The device will feature tripe-rear cameras with a 50MP main sensor coupled with a 2MP macro sensor with LED flash. There is a 16MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole notch. The Realme 13 5G comes with a 5000 mAh battery with 45W fast charge support.

The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, Dual Frequency (L1 + L5) GPS, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port, FM Radio and Bluetooth 5.2. The device also comes with stereo speakers.

Realme 13 5G also features Dynamic button support. It appears that this button can be programmed to perform a variety of quick actions. In the teaser image, the user is shown controlling camera shutters, flashlights, silent modes, aeroplane modes, and do-not-disturb settings.

Realme 13 5G runs on Android 14 OS with Realme 5.0 on top. The device measures 7.79mm thick and weighs 190g.

Realme 13 offers a similar design and nearly identical specifications to Realme 12. We only noticed a change in the camera department. As for the Hyperimage+ technology for AI, the chip might not be powerful enough for the power-hungry processes and algorithms; the branding is not present on the back.
