OPPO recently launched the A3x 5G, the company’s latest smartphone in the A series in India, with specifications almost identical to those of the K12x 5G.
With its MIL-STD-810H certification, the phone has been rigorously tested in the harshest conditions, including extreme heat, humidity, and shock resistance. As well as being dust and water-resistant, it has an IP54 rating.
Oppo A3x 5G:
The Oppo A3x 5G will sport a 6.67″ HD+ (1604 x 720p) LCD flat display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner & HDR10 support. Oppo A3x has the Dimensity 6300 SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB LPDDRX4 RAM and 256GB/128GBGB UFS 2.2 internal storage space. It also gets a microSD card slot for storage expansion.
The Oppo A3x 5G will feature dual-rear cameras with an 8MP (f/1.8)main sensor coupled with 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensors with LED flash. There is an 5MP (f/2.5) selfie shooter on the front.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G, 5G, and VoLTE support. It comes with Dual Band Wifi, Dual Frequency (L1 + L5) GPS, NavIC, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port, a 3.5 mm audio jack with Hi-Res support, FM Radio, NFC, Bluetooth 5.1.
With IP54 certification, the phone is dust- and water-resistant. Oppo Labs tested its military-grade durability by dropping it on a marble floor from 1.4 meters on all sides.
All this is backed by a 5000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging. It runs on Android 14 OS based on ColorOS 14 on top. The phone is also impressively thin – just 7.68 mm, with a slight camera bump on top. All sides of its body are covered in plastic and it weighs 186 grams. The device comes in Breeze Blue and Midnight Violet.
Pricing:
Oppo A3x 5G with 4GB/128GB costs Rs.13,499/- whereas the 4GB/64GB at Rs.12,499/- in India. It is already available for purchase on the OPPO India online store and on Flipkart.
