In the fall, both MediaTek and Qualcomm are expected to release new chipsets. As the most powerful chipsets from these two companies’ portfolios, Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 and Dimensity 9400 will be reserved for flagship smartphones.

Oppo will likely be one of the first manufacturers to adopt both chipsets. It is expected that the Find X8 phones will be introduced by the end of the year. Oppo will use both Dimensity 9400 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipsets in its flagship smartphones.

According to Digital Chat Station, the Oppo Find X8 and Oppo Find X8 Pro will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 processor, while the Oppo Find X8 Ultra will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor.

The Oppo Find X8 series will also feature periscope lenses and a Glacier Battery, which was introduced with the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro.

Earlier reports said the Find X8 series would feature impressive displays, including 1260p and QHD+ screens for the Find X8 and X8 Pro.

Surprisingly, all three Find X8 series phones have glass backs, as the previous X7 series also had faux leather backs.

Oppo’s upcoming Find X8 will be available in four different colours: Black, Blue, Pink, and White. It is rumoured that the Find X8 Pro will only come in three colours: black, blue, and white.

In October, the Find X8, Find X8 Pro and Find X8 Ultra are expected to be introduced in China. Upon their release in China, they are likely to be launched in other countries too soon.
