It has been rumoured that the iQOO 13 will launch in China this November. In a Weibo post published today, leaker Digital Chat Station shared key details about the phone’s camera.
Weibo posts indicate that the iQOO 13 will have three 50-megapixel cameras. Sadly, the tipster didn’t provide any specific information about the camera sensors for the iQOO 13.
In DCS’s report, the camera module is similar to Xiaomi’s newly redesigned logo, suggesting the iQOO 13 will likely retain the iQOO 12’s squircle camera island design. The engineering prototype will feature a new “Rococo White” colour option in addition to the device’s overall design. Testing prototypes focuses mainly on optimizing and improving the performance of the device.
On the front, a BOE-supplied OLED screen with a flat design will be seen. There will be a 2K resolution and a refresh rate of 144Hz. According to the leaker, the screen’s specifications are comparable to those of the BOE X1. The device will also feature slimmer bezels on all four sides. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, he reaffirmed.
It is also reported that the device will have an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor built into the screen, a 6,000mAh battery that offers 100W charging, a metal middle frame, and an IP68 rating.
